Destiny Angels started in Edinburgh in January 2008. It has been and exciting journey since then. In our first year we recieved over 400 requests for help. We found that in Scotland's capital, people are going hungry with over a quarter of our requests being for food. 2008 also saw us a building vital and strong relationships with other organisations working in the city. 2009 promises more good things for Destiny Angels Edinburgh and those that calls us for help. This year the addition of a second volunteer co-ordinator, an administrator and a foodstore co-ordinator will provide more room for growth and strength as we reach out to more people in beed in Edinburgh."
