Destiny Angels operates as a social outreach initiative and is part of Destiny Ministries. We will at all times consider the health and safety of volunteers and members of the public, however, should something go wrong, its important that both you and we know where we stand. This is a legal requirement and is a positive step to protect you and us and will allow us to carry out work for you without complication.

Volunteers are limited to only undertake tasks as requested and detailed in signed agreements and are prohibited under the Destiny Policy from offering any additional assistance outwith any signed agreement, however, if any additional assistance is required you can contact the helpline on 0845 460 6501.

1.1 Quality & Quantity of Delivered Goods and/or Services
As the recipient of helps or services delivered by a representative of Destiny Ministries, I understand that these helps or services are received without obligation by myself and equally that I hold no obligation over Destiny Ministries or its representatives with regards to the quality or quantity of goods or services delivered.  Either party is free at any time to end the agreement without obligation.

1.2 Damage Liability
Destiny Ministries and its representatives categorically and without exception will accept no liability for damage of any kind to any property belonging to the recipient either at the point of delivery or at anytime thereafter.   This does not affect my statutory rights with regards to damage liability or injury caused by Destiny Ministries or its representatives as covered by Destiny Ministries own Public Liability insurance. Any claims submitted under that insurance will undergo the normal scrutiny and investigatory processes. Any false or fabricated claims made against Destiny Ministries or its representatives will be treated as criminal fraud and may result in prosecution.

1.3 Transaction
The transaction of goods or services as delivered by Destiny Ministries or its representative is done solely on a goodwill basis as part of the society improvement activities by Destiny Ministries and its representatives and no payment of any kind is required either at the point of delivery or anytime thereafter.
